Terms of Sale

This is sale for the highest bid.
Every weekend (Friday) at 9 AM local time Zagreb, Croatia (GMT+1), I will post some paintings for sale. Those paintings will remain available for auction till 9 PM Monday. During this time, you can place your bid through email. Bids are only accepted in full Euro steps. At the end of bidding period the highest bidder will receive a confirmation e-mail with all details about payment options. The bids will not be made public.
During the bidding period every interested buyer can get information through email about the actual highest bid. There is, however, no guarantee that you will receive the actual status of the bidding. Shall there be equal bids by more than one intentional buyer, the first bidder amongst them receives the confirmation.
Postage costs are added to the sales price. Paintings are made on 300gr/m2 quality paper with a size of 15x21cm (6x8in) and because of that they are light and they fit into an envelope.
The exact postage cost will be confirmed in the purchase confirmation.
Terms of Payment
The sales price is due before the delivery of the painting (prepayment). The payment has to be made within one week after receiving the confirmation email.
After the confirmation, I will send you an email that you can fulfill your payment through Moneybookers. Moneybookers also excepts credit cards. It is secure and simple way and it is operable in 148 countries.
I will send you the painting right after receiving your payment. You receive an unique original painting made by me.
To document each painting and its condition it will be photographed before it is sent to you. Should you observe any damage on arrival, please let us know immediately.
Right of Withdrawal
Any customer has the right of withdrawal of goods within two weeks. The withdrawal rights period begins on the day of the reception of the goods. The customer must contact me by e-mail with an explanation of the return reason and then s/he will receive an e-mail with instructions about returning the goods. Your bidding amount will be refund in full except the costs for transportation.
